Tuition and Fees

FCS recognizes financing a Christian education is a major commitment for families.  We also recognize this is a financial investment into their future.  This investment will often yield eternal benefits making the investment invaluable.

It is our goal to provide a truly affordable Christian education at FCS.  Our degreed and qualified teachers volunteer their services to FCS students and families so that we can provide an affordable education.  This volunteerism allows us to pass the savings on to you.  FCS teachers average twelve years of service in our fully accredited program.  This unique model makes FCS “NWA’s most affordable Christian education!”

Because we strive to keep expenses and tuition as low as possible, it is absolutely essential that all our families faithfully fulfill their financial responsibilities to the school.

The registration fee is non-refundable, as indicated within the financial agreement.

In addition, the FCS book fees are nonrefundable.  For your convenience, you may have book fees calculated into the monthly tuition payment plan. 

Book fees do not represent the true cost of a student’s books for the year. Rather, they are an average for the books required in the average number of classes, spread over 2 or 3 years of book usage.  If a student loses a book or renders it unusable, the replacement book will be billed at full cost.

2019-2020 Tuition and Fee Schedule

  • Enrollment (non-refundable, one-time fee each year)
    • New Enrollment: $250.00 per student
    • Re-enrollment: $225.00 per student
    • Kindergarten Graduation: $20.00 per student
    • Senior Graduation: $100 per student
  • Books (non-refundable, one-time fee each year)
    • Preschool: $150.00 per student
    • K5-12th grades: $400.00 per student
  • Tuition
    • Preschool
      • 1st child: $175.00 monthly/$1,750 annually
      • 2nd child: $125.00 monthly/$1,250 annually
      • 3rd child: $60.00 monthly/$600 annually
    • K5-12th Grade
      • 1st child: $240.00 monthly/$2,400 annually
      • 2nd child: $140.00 monthly/$1,400 annually
      • 3rd child and each child thereafter: $70.00 monthly/$700 annually
  • Extended Care Program and Preschool combined: $600.00 per month by automatic bank drafts, August through May

***Each family will complete and submit an ACH form giving permission to withdraw monthly tuition on the 15th of each month, August through May.
